HAA was appointed by local clients to redesign all three floors of this town centre building located in Marlow.

The original B1 offices were tired and dated. Our clients purchased the Freehold and wanted to create a bespoke interior with a pleasant working environment.

The new plant was located on the roof, for which planning permission was sought and granted. Solar PVs were also introduced, together with exterior elevational improvements and electrical car charging points.
