Lock Road

Located in the heart of Marlow, and set within a close proximality of River Thames, this project involved extensions and refurbishment of a dated detached dwelling.

Sizeable two storey front, rear and side extensions, single storey rear extension, added second storey were designed to provide 1,850 sqft additional floor space.

The house features a bold, symmetrical facade with a combination of white render and dark tile cladding, creating a sophisticated and timeless appearance. Large windows with dark grey frames maximise natural light while adding to the modern aesthetic.

A standout feature of the project is the single-story rear extension, designed with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and a bespoke lantern rooflight.

This project exemplifies a thoughtful architectural approach, balancing modern design with functional elegance to create a beautiful and practical family home.
