This 3D model of the existing building and the proposed two storey extension was built at the early concept design stages to test massing an orientation of the design in the actual context of a steeply sloping site and simulate sun path and solar gain through the large, glazed facades.

Different window designs, material and colour options were tested, and the model was internally fully developed and populated with furniture to help our clients visualize the spaces at every stage.
